The North Dakota 4-H Foundation is a nonprofit organization committed to supporting 4-H programs with private funds for furthering leadership development, education, research and scholarships and creating opportunities for the youth of North Dakota.
The mission of the 4-H Foundation is to provide financial support to develop and promote programs for 4-H youth and adults to reach their fullest potential.

THE FOUNDATION'S GOALS
- To take an active role in the identification of new and innovative program ideas for the 4-H youth program.
- To educate and inform the public of the Foundation and its working partnership with 4-H and youth development programs.
- To raise adequate funds to fulfill its mission on an annual basis.
- To modify and strengthen the 4-H Foundation board structure.
- To develop, offer and encourage participating in education and training programs for volunteers, Foundation board members and paid staff.
