National Dairy Conference

A 4- day conference in Madison, Wisconsin where approximately 200 youth from around the U.S. and Canada learn about production, processing, marketing and use of dairy products. The conference includes workshops on the University of Wisconsin campus, speakers, tours and visiting the World Dairy Expo.
Qualifications:
- Must have participated in the 4-H dairy project for at least three years, including the current year;
- be in 10th-12th grade during the program. Maximum age 18 as of January 1, 2008;
- have outstanding dairy accomplishment records;
- may not exhibit animals at World Dairy Expo or participate in National 4-H Dairy Cattle Judging Contest while at National 4-H Dairy Conference.
