- Attend a Study Abroad 101 Session
-
Request your current transcript and have it sent to NDSU Study Abroad (address at right).
If you have attended multiple colleges/universities, or have received a large number of college credits while in high school, transcripts from these universities are required as well.
How do I request a transcript from NDSU?
The process is now done online:

-
Research your options and pick a program
Use the NDSU Study Abroad website.
-
Call 231-7895 to schedule an appointment with your study abroad advisor to get an application to study abroad with NDSU (applications for download also found in the menu on the main page under "Applications").
-->If you don't know which application to fill out, please ask your study abroad advisor--please meet with your study abroad advisor before filling out the application.
-->General requirements are that you are at least a sophomore (by the time you go abroad) and have a minimum 2.5 GPA.
-
When you have decided on a program and have filled out the Study Abroad application, you will need to fill out an application to apply to that program/school. This will be given to you at a later date by your study abroad advisor once your decision to study abroad is final.
-->General deadlines are March 1 (for Fall) and October 1 (for Spring). ISEP deadlines are February 1 and September 1 of each calendar year.
-->Keep in mind that non-NDSU programs will have their own application deadlines and participation requirements (sometimes GPA higher than 2.5, etc).
