Reception following

Tey Diana Rebolledo received her doctorate from the University of Arizona. She specializes in Latin American poetry, women’s literature, and Chicana literature. She is co-editor of Infinite Divisions: An Anthology of Chicana literature, published by the University of Arizona Press in 1993 and Women Singing in the Snow: A Cultural Analysis of Chicana Literature (1995), and is the author of many articles and book chapters. Named a New Mexico Eminent Scholar and UNM Regents Professor, she has been the recipient of an NEH Fellowship, a Rockefeller Fellowship, and a Danforth Fellowship. Her current research focuses on colonial and contemporary Southwest Hispanic literature and culture.

The meals at the Alumni Center are catered and we cannot guarantee extra meals will be available for any registrations made on the day of the conference.

Conference Hotel

We have once again reserved a block of rooms at the Radisson Hotel Fargo. Rooms will be $89 per night plus taxes. The price is for one to four people. Deadline to register to receive the conference rate is March 4, 2008. For more details about the hotel, please click here for the hotel link. There are a number of other hotels located in downtown Fargo including the Hotel Donaldson and Howard Johnson's, both within walking distance of the Radisson (for shuttle pick up).
