The New York study tour introduces interior design students to the interior design profession in a global market. Visiting a variety of interior design firms, markets, studios, and completed interior projects, students had the opportunity to interact with different professionals in the design field and observe the wide range of competencies and points of view needed by professionals in the field. There were also familiar sites, such as several museums, the Empire State Building, Rockefeller Center, a boat cruise around lower Manhattan, and a Broadway play. New York offers so much to any student interested in interior design!
