CAPTAIN ROBERT J. MOBLEY, JR. :: EDUCATION FLIGHT COMMANDER

Captain is an Assistant Professor of Aerospace Studies (APAS) and Education Flight Commander, Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps Detachment 610, University of North Dakota. He recruits, trains, motivates and counsels highly-qualified young men and women as prospective Air Force officers. He teaches senior-level and introductory-level courses which prepare men and women to be officers in the United States Air Force. Captain Mobley was commissioned through the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado in 2009.
