STAFF SERGEANT FRANKLIN PORTILLO LEOS :: NCOIC KNOWLEDGE OPERATIONS MANAGER

Staff Sergeant Franklin Portillo is the NCOIC Knowledge Operations Manager, Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps Detachment 610, University of North Dakota. Monitors/updates all cadet pay actions -- tuition, fees, subsistence and textbook funds in excess of $900k annually. Oversees cadet life-cycle personnel actions -- medical, physical, enlistments, and tracking of security clearances. Manages the administrative and personnnel cadet updates via the WEB Intensive New Gains System (WINGS)
