Image Processing / Analyzing Software for Oat Kernel Image

  • A image processing/analyzing software to determine major, minor axes length, and area of individual oat kernels
  • Actual sizes in millimeters were reported by using an image of a standard scale
  • The program were calibrated using actual hand measurement of various objects including oat kernels
  • The accuracy of the program was around 99%
