Appealing Student Charges
Students in compliance with policy set by the State Board of Higher Education and NDSU, who wish to appeal tuition and fee charges due to extenuating circumstances, may do so by completing the following form and returning it to the NDSU Customer Account Services Office.
Students should carefully review the appeal criteria before submitting the appeal and ensure they have sufficient supporting documentation for their claim.
The Appeal of NDSU Tuition Form is used ONLY for appealing tuition and fee related costs. Students who wish to appeal academic regulations should complete the Appeal for Exception to Academic Regulations.
