Access to Online Payment Software
Authorized Users have been given authorization by a student to
make a secure online payment on that student's account. All online
payments are applied immediately to the student's account in
Campus
Connection. Following are steps to access the online payment
software:
- The online payment software can be accessed two different
ways:
- Through the path that is included on the email
notification 'You have been given access'.
- On the Campus
Connection home page: Do not sign into Campus
Connection; instead, click on the link for the
'Authorized User for Online
Payments' in the bottom left corner.
- The Authorized User Login Site:
- The email address used in the email notification is the
Authorized User's login.
- The initial password is on the email notification.
- Upon entering the online payment software for the first time,
the user will be required to complete some Profile Setup
information.
- E-mail Address: This should not be
changed as this is equal to the login name. If the
authorized user wishes to have the login ID changed to a
different email address, the student will need to delete the
old Authorized User and add a new Authorized User with the
new email address.
- Alternate E-mail Address: If this
alternative email address is added, the automatic
notifications will be sent to both email addresses.
- Enter your New password: changing the
password from the initial password is required
- Password Hint: Put something into this
box which will remind you of your password. The Authorized
User Login Site has a link for 'password
hint'. If the password is forgotten, simply
click on this link after entering your E-mail login and your
hint will appear. Be careful to use a hint that is only
identifiable by you, which will help prompt you to remember
your password.
- An Authorized User has access to make payments to the student
account. Depending upon security granted by the student, the
Authorized User may also have access to view:
- Financial detail within the online payment software.
- All preceding payments and who made the payments.
Personalized Information in 'My Profile'
Personalized information is located in the 'My Profile' link in
the toolbar.
- Personal Profile: The Personal Profile
information was updated the first time the Authorized User logged
in. After the first login, the Authorized User may change the
information at this location.
- Payment Profile: A checking or savings
account profile may be saved for future payment transactions.
This payment profile can be modified or deleted by the authorized
user. The student is not able to view the Authorized Userbs
Payment Profile.
* In order to save the checking or savings account
profile, enter the last four digits of the student ID into the box
at the bottom of the agreement.
* A payment method profile is not saved for credit cards.
