Below you will find a list of help pages for the online payment
plan:
Access to Online Payment Software
Students are able to make online payments
through Campus
Connection. All online payments are applied immediatley to the
student's account in campus connection. Following are the steps to
access the online payment software:
Once the student has logged into Campus
Connection follow the path: Campus
Finances > View Statement/Pay Online
Now
- This path will direct you to the North Dakota University
System online payment system homepage.
- The directions below can help you navigate through the
system.
- As you enter the online payment software the student will
recieve a notice (please wait while we load your
information). This may take longer than expected as the link
collects your information.
Setting Up 'My Profile'
Set up personalized information in the 'My
Profile' link in the toolbar.
- Personal Profile: The student will receive
an email notification once the student has authorized an online
payment. The notification will be automatically emailed to the
student's NDSU email address. An alternative email
address may be set up in 'Personal
Profile'. If this alternative email address is
added, the automatic notifications will be sent to both email
addresses.
- Payment Profile: A checking or savings
account profile may be saved for future payment transactions.
This payment profile can be modified or deleted by the student.
A payment method profile is not available for credit cards.
Setting Up 'Authorized Users'
Students may authorize other individuals to
make online payments through the 'Authorized
Users' link in the toolbar. Authorized users will
not have access to the studentbs credit card and/or checking
account information.<//span>
- Add the authorized user by clicking on the link for
'Add an Authorized User' and complete
the following information:
<//span>
- 'E-mail Address of the Authorized User'
the authorized user will receive an email notification that
they have been authorized for access to making payments for
the studentbs account. The email notification will include
the link the authorized user should access.
<//span>
- 'Would you like to allow this person to view your
billing statement?' If answered 'Yes', the
authorized user may view financial detail within the online
payment software but not within Campus Connection. An answer
of bNob would allow access for making a payment without the
ability to view the financial detail.
<//span>
- 'Would you like to allow this person to view your
payment history?' An answer of 'Yes', would allow
the authorized user to view all preceding payments and who
made the payments.
<//span>
- <//span>Once the 'Add
User' has been clicked, the student will be
required to agree to the authorization by entering the last
four digits of the student ID into the box at the bottom of
the agreement.
<//span>
- <//span>Provide the authorized user with the last four
digits of the student ID. The authorized user will need this for
verification purposes. <//span>
