CHANGING YOUR PASSWORD
- If you haven't already done so, Claim your new System ID
- Log in to the ND University System Identity Manager (User ID = firstname.lastname format)
- Click: 'Change Password'
- Enter and confirm your new password
- The password must contain between 8 and 16 characters from three of the following four categories:
- English uppercase characters (A through Z)
- English lowercase characters (a through z)
- Base 10 digits (0 through 9)
- Non-alphanumeric characters ` ~ ! @ # $ % ^ * ( ) _ + - = { } | [ ] \ : " ; ? , . /
- The password must contain between 8 and 16 characters from three of the following four categories:
- NO spaces are allowed
- Passwords cannot contain your name or user name
- Click the [Change Password] button
CHANGING YOUR AUTHENTICATION QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
- If you haven't already done so, Claim your new System ID
- Log in to the ND University System Identity Manager (User ID = firstname.lastname format)
- Click: 'Change My Authentication Questions and Answers'
- Provide answers to at least 3 of the Authentication Questions
- Click the [Save] button
