NCGA ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE IN AGRICULTURE SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

Dec. 11, 2009 deadline date
Five $1,000 scholarships

Available to second-year undergraduate (or later), or graduate students enrolled in an agriculture, agribusiness, or an ag vocation program. Applicant or parent must be members of the National Corn Growers Association.

ND Association of County Engineers (NDACE) Scholarship

December 31, 2010 deadline date
Four $1,000 awards will be given

Available to students majoring in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or Construction Technology.

NDSU Booster-Schoessow "Spirit" Scholarship

Dec. 3, 2009 deadline date
Award amount of $180

Must be a ND resident for at least 10 years, who displays leadership qualities and has financial need. Applications available at NDSU Student Financial Services, 202 Ceres Hall. Please ask for application #114.

North Dakota Education Association Scholarships

Polar Retiree Scholarship Program

Award amount varies from $1,000 to $1,500

Available to junior or senior students, who upon graduation intend to work in the telecommunications industry within the state of North Dakota.

RMCMI - Rocky Mountain Coal Mining Institute

Feb. 1, 2010 deadline date
Eight Engineering/Geology Scholarships of $5000

Must be a full-time sophomore or junior. Must be a U.S. citizen and a resident of one the following states: Arizona, Colorado, Montana, New Mexico, North Dakota, Texas, Utah or Wyoming. Must also be pursuing a degree in a mining-related field or in the engineering disciplines.
