Fill out the NDUS Student Finance Direct Deposit Authorization form below to have your financial aid or payment refunds directly deposited into your checking or savings account. You must attach a voided check for a checking account or a deposit slip for a savings account with this form in order for the direct deposit request to be processed.
This direct deposit authorization is not for payroll purposes. If you have an on-campus or work study position you must fill out a different direct deposit form with Human Resources/Payroll to have your wages directly deposit into a bank account.
