The online version of this bulletin is intended to serve as a "living document" and will reflect any changes to the information that have occurred since the original publication date of this document. The PDF version of this bulletin serves as a point-in-time "snapshot" of the information contained in the online version for third-party distribution and archival purposes. This "snapshot" will be conducted twice per academic year: once in the fall at the beginning of the school year when the updated online version is first published, and again the following summer after the conclusion of the school year when the online version of the bulletin is treated as a final draft.
