Dr. Krishnakumar teaches Business 351: Foundations of Organizational Behavior, and Business 457: Leadership in Organizations.
His research interests include emotional intelligence in the workplace, leadership emergence in self-managed teams, and leader goal setting and the influence of emotions. At Virginia Tech, he received the Robert J.
Litschert Memorial Fellowship in Management (for scholastic achievement) in the Virginia Tech-Department of Management and a Pamplin Fellowship.
Prior to joining NDSU College of Business Dr. Krishnakumar was an instructor at Pamplin College of Business, Virginia Tech.
