Noridian promotes in Fargo: Noridian Administrative Services, Fargo, has promoted Jennifer Satter to HR employment manager at Noridian Mutual Insurance Co. Satter provides HR-related services that are aligned with the strategic goals of the human resources and development division and NAS.
