Put Your Unused Books to Work!
If you have unused textbooks cluttering your life, consider donating them to people in need. At the end of our college experience, we are often left with books that can’t be sold back. Your old and unwanted books can serve as an essential tool!
The “Books for Bins” book drive is focused on collecting unused educational materials and redistributing them to 39 of the world’s poorest countries based upon GDP per person. Impoverished countries around the world can use your old books to develop new knowledge, which in turn, will help the people of those areas to live more enriched lives and help lift them from poverty and oppression.
Acceptable materials include:
-textbooks less than 15 years old
-reference books
-course packs
-loose cases
-loose readings
-journals
Books can be personally delivered or shipped to the NDSU College of Business Dean’s Office at the following address:
