Level I: Personal Leadership
Level I of the Legacy Program leadership initiative is a freshman level course that develops the personal leadership abilities desired by recruiters and hiring decision makers. It prepares the individual to be highly capable on campus and later in an organization, giving them a competitive advantage to couple with their current major.
