TO: College of Business Students
Have you considered a short study abroad trip as part of your degree?
This spring, for the fourth straight year, I will lead a group of NDSU students to Europe during spring break. This is a program on which you can earn three academic credits to help advance you toward your degree.
If you think that this is something in which you might have some interest, please contact me.
The trip takes you to Berlin, Krakow (Poland), and Budapest (Hungary).
The program cost of $2,900 includes the following:
If you plan to pay flat tuition in the spring semester, and this 3-credit course does not put your total credit load outside the flat tuition limit, there would be no additional tuition for this course. The cost of this program can be considered as part of your cost of going to school by financial aid because it advances you toward your degree.
You will travel through four formerly communist countries (East Germany, Poland, Hungary, and the Slovak Republic - we will drive through the Slovak Republic on the way from Krakow to Budapest). You will have to exchange currency three times - Euro in Germany, Zloty in Poland, and Forint in Hungary.
This is a great way to spend spring break.
Come talk with me if you think that you may be interested. I'm also happy to discuss this opportunity with parents.
I hope that your semester is off to a great start.
