Accounts Receivable Balances Tuition and Fees are due the first day of each semester excluding Financial Aid Recipients. Financial Aid Recipients will pay at designated disbursement dates. Withdrawal to Zero Credits The deadline for withdrawals is the tenth class day prior to the first day of final examinations, withdrawal refund percentages vary throughout the semester. Add/Drops Depending on the date of when you drop a class, you may still have a financial obligation. Financial Aid Disbursement Since Federal Statutes prohibit the agency who awards financial aid from disbursing aid payments, the NDSU Business Office disburses the aid awarded by the NDSU Financial Aid Office.
