What is the Agriculture Career Fair?
The Agriculture Career Fair is an annual event attended by students
in agriculture-related majors. The Agriculture Career Fair provides an
excellent opportunity to connect with
students
to discuss or interview for current and/or future career-related employment
and co-op/internship opportunities. Last year nearly 250 students attended
this event.

When and How do I receive
information about the Agriculture Career Fair?
You will automatically receive registration
information for the Agriculture Career
Fair if you are registered with the
NDSU Career Center
and have recruited for ag-related majors.
If you are not sure if you are registered,

How do I register for the
Agriculture Career Fair?
Registration deadline is Tuesday, October 7.
If registering after the October 7, deadline; registration fee will
be $300.

What is the registration
fee?
The registration fee for the Agriculture Career Fair is $150 for two
reps and $25 for each additional rep.
The registration fee must be paid before the October 7th deadline
to ensure your spot. If registering after the October 7,
deadline; registration fee will be $300 (if space is available).

What does the registration
fee include?
The registration fee includes one six-foot table, tablecloth, chairs,
breakfast rolls, refreshments, and box lunch.

How can I pay the registration
fee?
The registration fee may be paid by check or credit card and must be
received by October 14, to avoid a late fee.
Checks should be made payable to NDSU Career Center and

What is the cancellation/refund
policy?
Agriculture Career Fair: Cancellation notification is appreciated
so we may inform students. Refund of the registration fee
(minus $25 administrative fee) will be given for cancellations received by October 7. There is no
refund
of the registration fee for cancellations after October 7.

What is an electronic
ad and how do I purchase one?
Electronic ads will be displayed on the jumbo display screens during the Agriculture
Career Fair. They will also be displayed on the Agriculture Career Fair webpage.
The ad will cost $75 and may include a logo and short
statement. If interested, contact Kim Teske at 701-231-7112.

What students will be invited
to the Agriculture Career Fair?
NDSU undergraduate and graduate students in all agriculture related majors
are invited and encouraged to attend the Agriculture Career Fair. NDSU
alumni
are welcome
to attend the Agriculture Career Fair as well.
The Agriculture Career Fair is not open to the general public.

(payable to The UPS Store) for delivery of display/materials

NDSU Memorial Union.

Where can I unload my vehicle
for the Agriculture Career Fair?
- Visitors lot - south side of Memorial Union
- Students will be available to assist in the unloading/loading process.
- Parking is FREE; you will receive a permit when you arrive at the event.
