What is the Part-time Jobs Fair?

The Part-time Jobs Fair is an annual event and provides an excellent opportunity to connect with students to discuss or interview for current part-time job opportunities. Last year over 560 students attended this event.

How do I register for the Part-time Jobs Fair?

Register Now

Registration deadline is 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 29, 2013.

If registering after the deadline, call 701-231-6290 to find out if space is available.

What is the registration fee, and what does it include?

The registration fee for the Part-time Jobs Fair is $100. Registration includes one six-foot table, two chairs, and refreshments.

The registration fee must be paid before the August 29th deadline to ensure your spot. 

NOTE: There is no charge for NDSU Departments.

How can I pay for the registration fee?

The registration fee may be paid by check or credit card and must be received by August 29, 2013 to avoid a $50 late fee.

What is the cancellation/refund policy?

Cancellation notification is appreciated so we may inform students. Refund of the registration fee (MINUS a $25 administrative fee) will be given for cancellations received by August 29, 2013. There is no refund of the registration fee for cancellations after August 29, 2013.

Where can I unload/park my vehicle?

Visitors lot - south side of Memorial Union.

Students will be available to assist in the unloading/loading process. If space is available you may park your car in the Memorial Union's Visitors Lot. If the lot is at capacity, you will need to park in the campus Visitors Lot. Parking is FREE; you will receive a permit by email one week before the event.
