What is the Part-time Jobs Fair?
The Part-time Jobs Fair is an annual event and provides an excellent opportunity to connect with students to discuss or interview for current part-time job opportunities. Last year over 840 students attended this event.
How do I register for the Part-time Jobs Fair?
Registration for the Part-time Jobs Fair will begin in early May.
Registration deadline is Thursday, August 28, 2014
If wanting to register after the deadline, call 701.231.7856 to see if space is available. Please note that the registration fee doubles after the deadline. No exceptions.
What is the registration fee, and what does it include?
The registration fee for the Part-time Jobs Fair is $100. Registration includes one six-foot table, two chairs, and refreshments.
The registration fee must be paid before Thursday, September 4, 2014 to ensure your spot.
NOTE: There is no charge for NDSU Departments.
How can I pay for the registration fee?
The registration fee may be paid by check or credit card and must be received by September 4, 2014 to reserve your booth, be included on the map, and to avoid a $50 late fee.

SPECIAL NOTE: If the registration fee has not been paid in full by the start of the event, the company representative checking-in will be required to fill out a Credit Card Authorization Form. This form states that the NDSU Career Center is authorized to charge the credit card for the registration fee if it is not paid in full within 7 days.
What is the cancellation/refund policy?
Cancellation notification is appreciated so we may inform students. Refund of the registration fee (MINUS a $25 administrative fee) will be given for cancellations received by August 28, 2014. There is no refund of the registration fee for cancellations after August 28, 2014.
Where can I unload/park my vehicle?
Visitors lot - south side of Memorial Union.
Students will be available to assist in the unloading/loading process. If space is available you may park your car in the Memorial Union's Visitors Lot. If the lot is at capacity, you will need to park in the campus Visitors Lot. Parking is FREE; you will receive a permit by email one week before the event.
