What is your First Impression?

- Appropriate; The outfit looks professional, well put-together & thought out
- Conservative professional
- Is professional and is taking the job search seriously; Only thing to watch for is how tight clothes are, we want both the interviewee and the interviewer to be comfortable during the interview - If an interviewee is wearing too tight of clothing it may make either of the people uncomfortable
- Gives a great first impression; Nicely coordinated, well fitted, clean and professional
- Looks nice; Clothes appear to fit well, and makes a nice first impression
- Very appropriate; She put time into making sure that she's dressed professionally
- Boring color, clunky shoes - Maybe a simple heel would be better; Overall professional
- Very appropriate
- Blah - we look for energy and creativity and clothing can exude that; By adding a colored shirt or jewelry would help the outfit
- Nice suit, neutral, not too wild
Is this appropriate for a Career Fair?
- Excellent choice. It looks comfortable but still professional. Formal attire would not be expected at a fair, but typical "classroom" attire is probably too informal. A really good first impression!
- Appropriate for career fair
- Probably made a special effort to dress differently for the career fair, which shows that the event is taken seriously
- Appropriate; The outfit looks professional, but would look better with a collared shirt underneath
- Professional - it shows they are really serious about finding employment
- She means business! Because business suits are not necessarily expected at a career fair, I always notice when someone went above and beyond to look professional
- Nice touch
- Appropriate outfit, she looks serious about getting a job
- Appropriate and professional; Not necessarily needed as a freshman just learning about companies - but never wrong
- Looks comfortable enough to walk around on campus and professional enough to represent themself in front of a company
- Appropriate (depending on the position interviewing for); The outfit looks professional, well put-together & thought out
- Appropriate for interview, just be cautious of wearing too tight of clothing or too form fitting of clothing
- This would make a good impression; It would also be suitable for all but the most formal client presentations - and maybe even then
- A little more casual than I would prefer at the interview - Dress for an interview is the only area where I would want the applicants to appear the same; Then, their answers and personality make the difference, not their dress
- Professional
- Very normal, acceptable attire for an interview; Might consider pulling her hair back
- Good option for an interview, but would choose a dressier shoe and possibly a piece of jewelry
- Very appropriate; Interviewees should always dress formally
- Suit is appropriate, it is borderline too tight; Loose fitting clothes are best
- Fantastic
