What is the Spring Career Fair?
The Spring Career Fair is an annual event attended by students from all majors. The fair provides an excellent opportunity to connect with students to discuss or interview for current and/or future career-related employment and co-op/internship opportunities. Last year 162 employers and 1276 students took part in this event.
Note: Students from the College of Pharmacy, Nursing & Allied Sciences will NOT be attending this fair.

How do I register for the Spring Career Fair?
All registration is completed on-line and will begin November 1.
Registration deadline is Tuesday, January 29 at 4pm.
If registering after the January 29, deadline; registration fee will be $700.

What is the registration fee?
The registration fee for the Spring Career Fair is $350 for two reps and $25 for each additional rep. If registering after the January 29 deadline; registration fee will be $700.

What does the registration fee include?
The registration fee includes one eight-foot table, tablecloth, chairs, morning snacks, refreshments, and box lunches for two representatives.
Your organization is also invited to the S.O.S. (Student Organization Social) which will be held in the Memorial Union Ballroom on Monday, February 11, from 5:30pm - 7:30pm.

How can I pay the registration fee?
The registration fee may be paid by credit card at the time of registration or by invoice.

What is the cancellation/refund policy?
Spring Career Fair: Cancellation notification is appreciated so we may inform students. Refund of the registration fee (minus $50 administrative fee) will be given for cancellations received by January 29 at 4pm.
There is no refund of the registration fee for cancellations after January 29 at 4pm.

What is an employer presentation?
Employers are given a 12 minute presentation time-slot if they select this option on the registration form. These presentations are given during the hours of the Spring Fair in an area close to the fair floor. There are limited slots available and are given on a first request basis.

What is an electronic ad and how do I purchase one?
Electronic ads will be displayed on the Fargodome’s four jumbo display screens during the Spring Career Fair. They will also be displayed on the Spring Career Fair webpage. The ad will cost $200 and may include a logo and short statement. If interested, select this option during registration.
Deadline for purchasing ad is Tuesday, January 29 at 4pm.

What students will be invited to the Spring Career Fair?
NDSU undergraduate and graduate students in all majors, as well as, NDSU alumni are invited and encouraged to attend the Spring Career Fair.
Note: Students from the College of Pharmacy, Nursing & Allied Sciences will NOT be attending this fair.
NDSU also invites students from several area four-year universities.
The Spring Career Fair is not open to the general public.

Where do I ship displays and materials for the Spring Career Fair?

- There will be a $25 fee (payable to The UPS Store) for delivery of display/materials to the
Fargodome.
REQUIRED: Contact Jeff, The UPS Store at 701-235-9505 to arrange payment and delivery.
- Displays may be shipped up to one week in advance of the event to the UPS Store.
- NOTE: The NDSU Career Center and/or the Fargodome will not accept displays/materials.

Where can I unload my vehicle for the Spring Career Fair?
- Unloading and parking will take place at the NORTH end of the Fargodome - You may drive your vehicle into the loading dock entrance and drive down on the Fargodome floor - Students will be available to assist in the unloading/loading process - Parking is FREE; no permit required

Who should I contact to set up next day interviews after the Spring Career Fair?
Interviews will be conducted at the Fargodome the day following the fair. To reserve interview table(s), contact Karen Thoreson, Recruiting Coordinator, at 701-231-8464 or e-mail k.thoreson@ndsu.edu.
