Make a Sound Choice targets young people, parents, educational, medical and church professionals within a 125-mile radius of Fargo-Moorhead. Presentations are made both in secular and faith based schools and organizations by trained speakers who encourage abstinence from sexual expression until marriage, and from other risk behaviors, such as drugs and alcohol.
