CANCELING AN APPOINTMENT
You will be asked for your username and password.
- USERNAME: Your first name.last name (e.g., jane.doe)
- PASSWORD: Your Student ID
In the system, your appointments will be listed in the "Upcoming Appointments" list. Cancel an appointment by clicking on the "X" by that appointment.

PLEASE NOTE: You must cancel your appointment NO LATER THAN 12 hours in advance. During the last 12 hours before your appointment, the system does not allow you to cancel, and you appointment will count as "Missed" (see Policies above).
