Spring Break Program in Eastern Europe
Over spring break, visit three major European cities with the Dean of NDSU's College of Business, Dr. Ron Johnson. Travel dates: mid-March, 2014.
Berlin, Germany:
Explore the historic divided city, including Brandenburg Gate, remnants of the Berlin Wall, Checkpoint Charlie, and many other locations.
Krakow, Poland:
Tour downtown Krakow and visit the historic city where Schindler's List was filmed. Visit the Wieliczka Salt Mine and the Auschwitz and Birkenau concentrations camps.
The Tatra Mountains, Slovakia:
On the way to Budapest, you will drive through Slovakia and stop for lunch in the Tatra Mountains.
Budapest, Hungary:
The trip will conclude in Budapest. You will tour the city, visit historical sites, and be given ample free time to get to know this beautiful city.
Take BUSN 341 and earn three credit hours.
See the 2013 syllabus for full information about the 2013 trip for this exciting program. Cost: Approximately $3,300 for 2014. In addition, the Office of International Programs requires a $75 application fee. Travel health insurance required for this trip is included in the program fee. For NDSU students paying flat tuition, and for whom this course does not cause them to exceed 20 total credits for the semester, there is no net additional tuition charge.
