Undergraduate students in the Department of Chemistry and Molecular Biology have ample opportunity to pursue research.
The Undergraduate Research Mentorship Program allows incoming freshman chemistry and biochemistry students to be paired with a faculty mentor and begin doing research at the frontiers of science in their first year.
The Chemistry Club is involved in department and community activities.
