Parent Involvement

The Center believes that parent involvement is one component of quality childcare and education. There is substantial evidence that suggests that when children see their parents participating in their childcare and education program, not only does the child's self-esteem flourish but also there is improved overall academic performance.

We have an 'open door' policy for families in our Center. Parents are always welcome to stop in any time to visit and play with their child.

"I love having my children close to me while I am at work. Not only can I visit them, but I also get to be included in their activities. I have enjoyed participating in reading time, class picnics, and lots of other activities that the Center for Child Development has organized."
