Each classroom has a Head Teacher and a Teacher. They are supported by a Teacher Aide who floats from room to room and is familiar with all children. All teachers have a Bachelor of Science degree in Child Development and Family Science, Early Childhood Education, Early Childhood Special Education and/or Elementary Education. Teachers are also infant-child CPR and first aid certified. As professionals, we are required to complete a minimum of 13 hours of North Dakota Growing Futures approved continuing education annually.
