Upgrade is in progress

There were unexpected problems with the server that led to CMS Web pages being unavailable to visitors for several hours Friday night. We had several people looking at the problem to find where and what it was and were finally able to move on with the upgrade.
We don't expect CMS Web pages to be unavailable again during the outage and apologize for the unexpected result during these hours on Friday night.
