Faculty & Staff Participation Form
Please complete and submit the Commencement Participation Form (link below) by Monday, April 29, 2013 if you plan to participate in the Commencement procession.
DO NOT RESPOND if you are a member of the Stage Party, a college marshal, or an adviser of a participating doctoral candidate.

REMINDERS:
- The order of the procession is determined by rank. Professors are first followed by Associate Professors, Assistant Professors, Instructors, and Lecturers. Time in rank followed by years of service at NDSU are the criteria used for order within each rank. Staff will follow the faculty.
- Signs and staff will direct you to the faculty/staff assembly area.
- All participants must wear academic regalia (cap and gown)—available through the Bookstore.
- The final procession list will be posted in the faculty/staff assembly area.

A roster that will include your name and number in the procession will be posted at various points in the faculty assembly area.
