Student Participation Sign-up Instructions
The Commencement ceremony participation sign-up for Undergraduate and Professional (Pharm.D.) students is now available as an online-fillable eForm*. Students who are eligible to graduate will receive an email from the Office of Registration and Records which will include a link to the participation form. Click the link provided in the email, read the instructions, and complete and submit the form to notify us of your plans to participate in the Commencement ceremony.
