event to an economical and healthy dining center meal.
Catered Meals
The Dining Services Catering staff can turn your meal into a memorable experience. Catered meals can be served in any of our Memorial Union meeting rooms so that you can find just the right size area for your event. Banquets of up to 425 are served in the stately atmosphere of the Ballroom Complex.
As the exclusive provider of food to the NDSU campus, Catering Services caters throughout campus for any occasion. Picnics, lunches – on – the go- and break snacks can be catered at any campus building. Visit the Dining Services website for the full catering menu and pricing.
Dining Center Meals
Conference participants enjoy buffet style breakfasts, lunches and dinners served at one of our three dining centers. Conference sponsors can rest easy knowing that our dining centers specialize in serving large numbers of people everyday. During the academic year 6,000 to 7,000 meals are served per day with a maximum seating of 1400 at one time.
Participants have several options to choose from at each meal, including a beverage bar with milk, pop, juices and coffee. The lunch and dinner buffet includes a full salad bar and sandwich bar in addition to a hot entrée. Toast and cereal are always available for the most particular eater.
