My name is Heidi and I am one of the counseling staff here at the NDSU Counseling Center. I have been a counselor since 1999. I received a Bachelor’s degree from University of Minnesota- Morris and graduated with a Masters degree in Counseling from Minnesota State University- Moorhead. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in North Dakota.
Here at NDSU, I work with students who have a variety of concerns including relationship problems, depression, and anxiety. I also do a lot of work with students who are struggling with choosing a career and/or major. I teach EDUC 124: Career Planning as well. In my spare time, I love to hang out with my family, spend time at the lake, and garden.
