Course Description:
This course provides students with an overview of the principle ideas involved in interpersonal communication. Students will gain an understanding of the importance of effective interpersonal communication and its role in the workplace. They will examine the key skills and methods used to communicate effectively, and will learn how to develop and apply those skills in the workplace. Students will also learn how to successfully present ideas and information as well as listen to others' ideas to solve problems.
