Building a Cohesive Team in Your Program
This six week course will explore ideas about the importance of intentionally creating environments that reflect great team spirit. Environments where communication, dedication, trust, affirmation, management of mistakes, recognition and many other attributes are present at all times.
*This course includes posting responses to weekly discussion boards, participating in weekly online chat sessions, completing e-mail reflections, and a final written assignment which includes an action plan and two page summary.
