Take a deep breath or eat a meal. Now you have to thank a plant! Ok, so they won't answer you, but we still can't live without them! In Plants Inside and Out you will get to burn seeds, cut up flowers, find chlorophyll, separate DNA and clone plants. Take a look back into the past, find natural Velcro®, make it rain, color real flowers, pollinate like a bee, act like a gardener and be a germinator. Build bridges of understanding, take some survival target practice, go on a soupbean safari, and recycle! You will do all this and more. When you finish you will understand Plants Inside and Out and their role as a foundation for all life.
Seela Science specializes in taking an individual state’s Science Standards and customizing a K-8th curriculum to match completely what each teacher is mandated to teach in that state. We can do this because we have written over 800 activities, covering all the science concepts and teaching levels. These are kept individually in our curriculum library. This gives us the freedom to customize to the needs of an individual state.
