Course Description:
Explore ways to establish positive, constructive relationships with parents of your students. Learn how to work with the most challenging parents in the most challenging situations, learn strategies to help deliver "less than positive" news, and build your credibility in the process.
Objectives:
1. Participants will explore strategies that can help build strong, positive relationships with parents of their students.
2. Participants will learn how to successfully resolve difficult situations with parents.
3. Participants will apply their learning by creating an action plan and taking concrete steps to develop positive relationships with parents.
