This course will guide you through the process moving from concepts to action, providing research on best practices, and strategies for implementation of the professional learning community (PLC).
As a result of this participation in this course, students should:
1. Understand the issues and challenges of creating a PLC
2. Identify tips and strategies for a successful PLC
3. Discover the elements necessary to move from discussion to successful implementation of a PLC
4. Analyze current practices in their schools and recommend needed changes
