All teachers have students who struggle to learn. Many of these students have never been taught strategies that are compatible with the way they think and learn. Once we teach them the appropriate techniques, their learning problems diminish significantly.
The participant will:
1. Identify various learning disabilities.
2. Understand various strategies that can help struggling students succeed.
3. Demonstrate the ability to incorporate strategies that can help struggling students succeed.
