Course Description:

Delve into the beliefs, behaviors, attitudes, and interactions that elevate the best administrators above the rest. Investigate the specific things that great principals do...that others do not. Recommended for all School Leadership Positions.


1.  Participants will explore 15 traits that characterize the best principals.

2.  Participants will learn specific strategies and approaches in each of these areas.

3.  Participants will apply their learning by designing a series of action plans that incorporate the strategies explored in the course.
