Course Description:
This course is designed to help instructors learn practical ways to build self-esteem and inner security both in themselves and in their students. This will be accomplished through reading, practice, class discussion, and homework assignments.
Objectives:
- Learn skills to build self-esteem;
- Enhance awareness of self & others;
- Identify ways in which our self-esteem is at risk;
- Identify poor self-esteem.
