Managing Your Online Course is an online conference offered through the LERN Faculty Club that NDSU Distance and Continuing Education is a member of.  All NDSU faculty are welcome to participate in this webinar. Objectives of this webinar include:

• How creating presence in an online course improves student satisfaction and retention
• Psychological and social aspects of online presence
• Discusses an instructional design framework for developing effective online learning
• Workload management for online instructors
• Practical strategies and examples concerning how to prioritize, balance, and manage an online teaching workload
