Are you Ready to Sell Your House? Trying to sell your house in today's economy takes preparation and understanding of the home-buying climate in your area. You need to know what is important to meet your buyer's expectations. You also need to determine whether you wish to list your house on your own or list with a real estate agent. This workshop will provide you with information on how to prepare, stage, and sell your house. Cost is $25.
