Getting Out of Junior High Living a healthy and disciplined life requires changing a variety of thoughts, beliefs, attitudes, and behavior tactics. This seminar focuses on a variety of mental factors that bring frustration, agitation, conflict, and distress into adult life, much of which results from failure to bring control to one’s own mind. Gain a better understanding of how grown-ups, who are expected to be adults, continue to act as if they are in junior high. This program is perfect for teachers, counselors, social workers, nurses, school administrators, psychologists, therapists, clergy, parents and the general public.
