The Leadership Retreat: Forward Thinking

In today’s fast paced and uncertain business climate, strategic thinking sets high performing leaders apart from the rest. Join us for this two-day retreat that will sharpen your innovative and critical thinking skills and help you move forward personally and professionally. Discover how to employ both the “left brain” structure and “right brain” creativity by harnessing them in the right order and at the right time. This unique venue enables us to bring leaders together from across the state to add to the value of the experience

Presenters: 

  • Paul Batz- Paul helps good leaders deliver great results. In Paul’s session, you will learn how and when to apply critical thinking skills, and how to make the most of the relational skills in leadership. You will receive insightful tools to help you grow both personally and professionally. Paul is the founder and President of Good Leadership Enterprises headquartered in Minneapolis. He is a best-selling author and professional speaker who knows how guide leaders to the next level. Paul Batz is an expert in personal leadership and how to get powerful people working together in teams. His tools and coaching are research-based, and built around what really works in today's transparent, empowered work environments. 
  • Annie Kirschenmann- Anne knows how to help you tap into your creativity. In order to lead in today’s environment, we need both “left brain” structure and “right brain” creativity; in Annie’s session, you will learn the Creative Gap™ model and practice applying it to “real life” leadership situations.  Annie is the founder and President of A.K. A Coach and Company, where she is a Board Certified Coach, a Certified Corporate Business Coach and a Certified NLP Practitioner.  She is widely known for her leadership of an international company, as well as the development of organizations and employees.  She brings a diverse set of training and experience to her coaching, training and strategic development work. 

What is Executive Education?

A new program launching this fall to provide in-depth executive leadership development to business owners, emerging and mid-level leaders, and executives.
