Problem-Based Learning.
Fostering higher-order thinking on part of your students can be a challenge, but it can be encouraged if you consider providing scenarios that reflect real-life situations. Incorporate problem-based learning into your classroom by having students seek solutions to:
- current/global events (social studies)
- natural phenomena (sciences)
- personal financial management (math)
- interpersonal communication (English/foreign language)
- exercise and nutrition plan development (health and physical education)
- musical composition
- artistic production/performance
