Course Description:
This course will assist students in preparing for the four-hour exam associated with the Certified Associate in Business Management (CABM) professional certification administered by the Association of Professionals in Business Management. CABM learning outcomes are presented in a focused and interactive series of lessons that are designed to accelerate learning and maximize successful completion of the certification program.
At the end of this course, you will be able to:
- Determine the management skills required to effectively operate a business
- Determine the most effective marketing strategies for a business
- Create a plan for managing human resources in a business
- Apply financial management tools, techniques, and practices to make effective decisions
- Develop a plan for business adherence to corporate laws and social norms
